- fixes issue from earlier PR
- fixes issue with management settings: ssh public key is not mandatory field
- closes UI personal settings - do not offer pwd change if the user resides on external LDAP #2354
- enhance modelling customization nw data import sample script: ignore lines starting with "RES"
