支持NeoForge&整理代码

这次更新相对来说比较大喵，虽然看起来没有多少新东西加入，不过代码有很大变化喵，相当于一次小小的重构吧，顺便完善了NeoForge的支持喵，所以呢，后面的版本会有NeoForge啦
