In BIKG graph the number of classes and the amount of detected verbs are high. Although scientific literature uses the most specific verb for each occasion, it does not eliminate the possibility of containing synonym verbs (Link to the original task ).

Challenges:

• No existing resource for Biomedical domain
• No 'Gold' verb set
• No 'K' for verbs
• No evaluation dataset

Addressing the challenge in three parts:

• Identify potential set candidate substitute verbs
• Reduce the cardinality of verbs
• Evaluate the accuracy of replacements
