Revert changes to restore sudo-capability


Give a summary of what the PR does, explaining any non-trivial design decisions

  • revert changes to sudoer code in client's _init_user
  • re-added call of _wait_until_alive in runtime's __init__

Tested with:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install -y ruby
