Rom Sorter v1.4

In this release, I have most importantly added the extension system which is used to know what files are supposed to be handled and ones that are supposed to be skipped. This is especially important when deleting files so that important files don't get deleted.

Other notable features in this release are the recursive search and move all files to the root directory.
Behind the scenes, there has been a lot of refactoring.
