Official release for V1.3, based on the V1.3b milestone. It is named as such instead of v1.3b to match the course instructions.

To be used for the PE dry run, and to have the feature freeze applied to it. Released before Friday 10am.

v1.3b.trial2

Early release candidate for V1.3, before the feature freeze. Just in case we do not make the deadline for whatever reason.

It is locked at a recent commit in PR #149.

We still plan to make a final V1.3 release.

v1.3b.trial

This is another early, trial release of V1.3, this time from the V1.3b milestone. It is for our V1.3 demo (by Wednesday).

We are planning a later, true V1.3 release before Friday 10am, used for the PE dry run, to which the feature freeze applies.

Edit: The demo in our doc was actually done off d1e20f8, 2 commits before this release.
