KerbalVR v4.0.0 (alpha.3), KSP 1.12.1

This is a re-build of Kerbal VR that works on the latest version of KSP, and has a bug fixed where it would break scatterer entirely.
This chain of builds is not intended to continue development of Kerbal VR, but to maintain it for the latest version of KSP until development on Kerbal VR by Vivero continues.
This build is compatible with KSP version 1.12.1.
