Feature Request: Add a caption to Slide Items

It would be awesome if there would be a possibility to specify a caption for each slide :)

Hi, yes, people are repeatedly asking for captions, so I guess I should add them :)

I added Caption #391 in both normal and full screen you have option to show caption only in fullscreen as well.
