Generator Rewrite

Rewrite the Generator (non-C# part) to support new and existing functionality, a standalone version, and easier feature development.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Standalone version of the generator on Windows (other OS in the future).

  • Can swap between devleopment forks

  • Can create seeds locally with no internet connection
