I like this idea from a page speed perspective and also avoiding bloat of resources loading. However, browsing icons would still have to be fast enough to not make it painful to find an icon when building a page. |

The page speed would not be affected as anyway we only load icons used in the current page. But definitely would be nice to have access to all without having to unpack 12k+ files on the server. |

Add an Icon API that would allow browsing icons from all officially supported libraries without doing any installation, the selected icon would be copied to the server and made locally available.
