Support for Asciidoc

The markdown support gets us really close, but there are moments when syntax can throw a few curveballs for this plugin.

What's maybe the least value thing in open source? Ideas without initiative. "Go ahead and do this yourself?" is an entirely valid response to this request. I'm filing this just to make sure no one else is already working on it.

Also, this extension is magical, thank you.
