Using GraphQlClient inside of Dialogs

I'm experiencing the issue that if I want to use Querys / Mutations inside of a dialog, i get errors that the provider is not available (assertion 'provider != null': is not true).

I've prepared a repository to reproduce the issue and would be glad if someone could tell me what's the issue here.
