hotio.dev issue for various docker images

Thank you so much for this guide! This is one of the best documented github projects I've ever stumbled across.

In case anyone runs into the issue I did, it seems that all docker images from cr.hotio.dev/hotio/* have migrated to ghcr.io/hotio/*. Simply changing the image path in the docker-compose.yml file resolved all errors I encountered regaurding this.

Perhaps I missed something, but thought I would share this in case anyone else runs into this issue as I did.
