proposal: consolidate listen testing results #16

It would be informative to all if we had some way of consolidating peoples impressions of listen tests.

It would be nice to set up on the website a place where people could report listen tests. Some questions come to mind

perhaps -tags listen could be used in conjunction with an environmental variable that would attempt to report that a listen test has been run.
how to classify the platform and hardware is underspecified as different users will have different ideas of the precision of the hardware/host (eg Android vs Android 0, Samsung Galaxy v Samsung Galaxy with bluetooth headset
