不能自定义线程，只能修改源码中的
cn.wanghaomiao.seimi.Constants.BASE_THREAD_NUM
和
cn.wanghaomiao.seimi.spring.common.SeimiCrawlerBootstrapListener.java
来修改线程池逻辑

下个版本能否加上呢？ 自己改虽然可以，但是有点麻烦

同样12核心同样遭遇，改了一个版本，后来发现不改源码。也能绕过去。
