New Feature: Applying LLM changes automagically

One of the areas where I think the zed experience can be improved is the time to interaction with AI.

Cursor has a amazing feature where you can take a piece of code a llm generated and some smaller model will attempt to apply it to your file.

You can see all the changes it proposes and select which ones you'd like to accept and which ones you'd like to decline.

I would like to take a crack at implementing something similar in zed with a couple improvements.

1. Chat windows automatically collapse code blocks and propose it in the editor automatically instead.
2. There is a AI versioned history so that you can revert to any previous state before a llm modified it
3. It will try to predict what files you want changes in, but it will also allow for manual selection
4. Inline diffs, so small changes are obvious
5. A multi buffer like view for seeing all the changes quickly

Let me know what you think, Im still not sure if I have time for this but I figured I'd just ask the question as to wether it would be useful.
