Line 22 reads:
- snmptraps:/var/lib/zabbix/snmptraps:roz

should read:
- snmptraps:/var/lib/zabbix/snmptraps:ro

No, it should be "roz": https://docs.docker.com/engine/storage/bind-mounts/#configure-the-selinux-label
