Hi,
I am very interested in adopting this tool for our organisation and I can see that last development was over year and a hlf ago. Is this tool dead?

I haven't been maintaining this repo. An updated version is at https://github.com/dovetail-lab/fabric-operation, which is also a few months old since I last updated it, although it supports the newer chaincode lifecycle commands, and also provides support for some multi-organization operations.
