Improve misleading status from operators on Explorer #1372

On section "operators" in the Explorer, there is an attribute status which tells if an operator is registered or has been ejected. This behavior is misleading, so instead we could have two attributes:

  • Registered: Shows if an operator is registered or has been ejected.
  • Status: Shows if an operator is alive or down.
