CronJob/Job false negative service account name in wrong place

I've found false negative when it comes to flagging errors regarding the syntax in jobs and cronjobs.
kubeconform says that file is ok, when in fact it's not.
Here are the results of kubeconform - using version 0.6.6 and 0.6.7

And what happens when I try to apply the manifest.

The placement of service account name is the key.
