Uninstalling the Confluence Migration Toolkit does not uninstall dependencies #4

Steps:

Install the Confluence Migration Toolkit
Check to see the confluence migrator appeared in the applications menu top left
Uninstall the Confluence Migration Toolkit
Refresh and clean cache

Expected result: the confluence migrator and pro macros are uninstalled

Actual result: the confluence migrator and pro macros are not uninstalled but need to be uninstalled manually to be removed.
