set_toolchains(xx@xx)绑定远程工具链的路径问题

rpi_toolchain是使用自建仓库安装的树莓派工具链包，包描述如下：

把包的路径修改一下就可以了：

好奇set_toolchains(toolchain@pkg)这种方式如何绑定pkg？查找路径是怎样的？
没找到相应的文档说明，对源代码不是很熟，看了一下内置的armcc、c51都是on_check查找、设置sdkdir的。

可以，只能在 on_load 里面调用，其他地方不要瞎用

包装的路径也不对，installdir/bin , installdir/lib 才能被识别。。参考 llvm, mingw-w64，muslcc 等其他包配置
