用powershell 安装BiliBili3_3.9.52.0_x86_x64.appxbundle，显示缺少证书
或者是直接安装，显示
“应用安装失败，错误消息: 错误 0x800B0101: 从位置 BiliBili3_3.9.52.0_x86_x64.appxbundle 中打开程序包失败。 (0x800b0101)”
之前还可以从应用商店直接安装，之前有次想更新，先卸载下来，现在再安已经安不上了
