Tlauncher Skin API not working

Describe the bug

Due to recent Tlauncher changes we can't show skins of other player who are logged in Tlauncher,
Ely.by and UNIskin are working fine.adn Mojang api and local too.
Just update the new Tlauncher api in the mod

Steps to reproduce

1. Logged in by a Tlauncher Account
2. asked my friend to join me with a Tlauncher account
3.

I think this api is changed now.
