建议增强扩展性 #54

建议添加扩展性，自定义centerView的时候，有时宽度需要设置为Match_Parent，同时需要在leftView,rightView两边之间。建议开放属性为protect

现在自定义属性都为private，不方便扩展

附议，目前发现如果设定沉浸后再隐藏titlebar,会把titlebar里的状态栏填充也一起隐藏，导致布局顶到状态栏上。有没有好的解决方法
