, aka 'Mesh SA' in ATAK & WinTAK. This disables receiveing CoT by default. To enable receiving CoT, remove the+wo
modifier.

python module seperately to ENABLE, otherwise reverts to CoT XML. PyTAK will automatically detect if theCOT_URL
