Improvements of API Microgateway 3.2.0 to support API Manager 4.x versions

Problem

API Microgateway is an immutable API gateway where it can operate under isolated environments.

Solution

Since APK and Choreo-Connect do not provide this functionality, it was decided to extend the support of API Microgateway 3.2.0 to be compatible with APIM 4.x versions.
