"Configure email OTP" section doc issues

Description:

1. "Configure Gmail as the email OTP provider" section has some contradictory configurations in different versions of docs in the following sections. Sample configs given for the deployment.toml file in IS 5.10 doc, does not include Gmail configs as given in IS 5.11 docs.

2. There's no link or information given on how to configure the email server with SMTP configs in deployment.toml to test the sample app given in different version docs. Hence best if the "Configuring Email OTP" section has a link to the "Configuring the Email Sending Module".
