remove vendordep json validation for properties 3rd party vendors are not supplying

Having vendordep json validation on fields which 3rd party vendors are not supplying results in the identification of problems in vscode over which frc teams have no control. Telling coders to ignore errors is a bad thing to do. But unavoidable until this is resolved.

pull request #210 removes the validation checks for the specific fields which are not being supplied by 3rd party vendors.
