Use Mayan's endpoint to build the application activity chart

The VAAs for MCTP and Swift don't have the amount being transferred, so we'd need to use the stats endpoint provided by Mayan to build a chart with the aggregated protocols volume.

The data is already being collected by the jobs created by @marianososto , we'd need the changes on the API to use that data when the protocol is Mayan
