Clear and concise description of the problem
It would be good to have a Slurm backend for woodpecker, so that CI jobs can be executed on an (existing) cluster.
Suggested solution
Woodpecker should get a slurm backend next to the existing local/SSH/docker backends. This allows to submit CI jobs to a slurm managed cluster. In combination with e.g. enroot or singularity these jobs can still run inside a container.
This allows to run compute-heavy CI jobs that contain e.g. simulations, ML training, or large optimization problems.
