Move List in SortableList when dragging to borders

When the list get off the screen and you drag the item to the border it would a better UX to move the list with the item to place the item in the position the user wants, the currently behavior is to made intermediate steps

In the image above it's a example of the use case of this, the list is horizontal and the items are off screen but when you drag the item to the border would be nice to move the list

Also it would help if the component has a callback when the item is touched to block a scroll view if the list it's inside
