FeatureHighlight goes out of screen but doesn't scroll the screen automatically to show content

I have implemented a featureHight for my dashboard component. There are many components in the dashboard and it is scrollable. But when the highlight lands on a component out of the screen's view, it doesn't automatically scroll down and the show the content. Instead I get a warning message saying "Content is too long and might appear off screen. Please adjust the message length for better results.". How do I fix this issue? How do I make the screen scroll down and the show the content?
