putBytes and getBytes inflight methods for cloud.Bucket

Use Case

For manipulating non-string data in Wing, like loading images from files and uploading them to cloud.Bucket etc.

Proposed Solution

To support other forms of raw data, we can add putBytes and getBytes inflight methods (similar to the existing put and get methods) for inserting and extracting raw bytes data.
