With the upcoming addition of mode=map in the spec we will also need the compiler to support chained maps.

Chained maps can be compiled as:

actual chains (resolved by Yaml spec expressiveness #90)
fused maps where all map operations are fused into a single callable which is used to call only a single map (as is done in Split apply combine #45)
