Steps to recreate:

  • Move a page, upload a file to an existing file page or make another edit which shows up in the file history but doesn't change the wikitext itself (if there are any others except page moves and reuploads)
  • Make an subsequent edit to that page
  • Revert using Twinkle

What happens:
The edit summary reads: Reverted 2 edits by …

What should happen
The edit summary should read: Reverted 1 edit by …

Diff: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Diff/1233756116 and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Diff/1233799903

In my example I suggested one move/reupload and one edit but I guess it would be the same if you moved/reuploaded a page 10 times and then make 10 edits to it, then Twinkle probably would say that you revert 20 edits instead of 10. Or even make 10 edits where every other is a reupload/move and every other a normal edit then Twinkle should ignore the reuploads/moved and correctly count to 5 reverted edits.
