Meeting(s)

How to manage the advisors? We have several and they have varying profiles. Maybe we could develop a formal methodology that output documentation, such as: We ask the advisor to familiarize with the project, set an umbrella topic and prepare 3 questions. With that one person we set the date for the online discussion. We publicize the 3 questions beforehand, as an invite to people who are interested in participating. The Hangout is broadcast and recorded. A short summary is published in text (where?)
