Version 1.1.0 of ensemble_md aims to provide complete functionalities and instructions for using the MT-REXEE method. By the release of version 1.1.0, the following action items should be addressed

• Close PR MT-REXEE development  #58.
• Close PR Unit tests for MT-REXEE functionalities #59.
• Address the issue Simplify and tweak the functionalities for MT-REXEE #60.
• Add a tutorial about the MT-REXEE method.
• Update documentation and references for the MT-REXEE method.
