Hi,

What does this Lennard-Jones Bath mean, you mean the energy well? And you can predict the interaction energy? Little confused there.

The LJ Bath was another test system we trained Boltzman generators on (the original paper also did this). The code in its current state is still split between two branches. The branch that has the working LJ Bath and Muller potential are on the tfobe_working branch.

The LJ bath system is two LJ particles bonded with a double-well potential in a bath of single LJ spheres.
