Types on replaceDataOnPath is not flexible enough

For example, if a data path is nullable, replaceDataOnPath will fail on processing types.

data: {
  info: { field?: { value: string } }
}

replaceDataOnPath(['info', 'field', 'value'], 'xxx') // fails, and very hard to tweak with any types
