市辖区在第三级是不是多余的？ #63

山东省，济南市，市辖区：这个数据不对吧？济南市下面应该直接就是历下区、槐荫区等等。怎么会多了一个市辖区呢？

而且第三级的这个市辖区，下面没有第四级的数据。

请作者去掉这个数据，是否可行？

统计的数据里面是会有“市辖区”并且没有下级链接，抓取后需要额外处理。

除了这个之外，还有很多的新区|新城|新城区|实验区|保税区|开发区|管理区|食品区|园区|产业园|名胜区|示范区都是需要处理的，这些基本上都是行政管理区，不是行政区划。

数据更新维护比较耗时，可以参考我的开源库：https://github.com/xiangyuecn/AreaCity-JsSpider-StatsGov 基本上月更
