navigator.mediaDevices is undefined if open page using IP address

I was trying firebase serve -o 0.0.0.0 in hope it could be accessed using other devices via local IP. The web page did appear but navigator.mediaDevices is undefined when using local IP instead of localhost or 127.0.0.1
