If you wish to unsubscribe from all notifications, you'll have to manually unsubscribe from each alternative (see image below). This can be quite tedious, and I personally find it very annoying when other websites force me to do this, so I'd like to unsubscribe from all with a single click.

As a safety net, the user should confirm this action through a "confirm modal", or something similar.
