Croatian PKCS11 module path is invalid

Hi, the new version of croatian middleware is no longer by default installed in the eID Middleware folder. It's now installed in the Certilia Middleware folder.

Can you please merge and release a new version of web-eid?

EDIT: The best solution would be to read the path from the registry (for windows)

Thanks a lot for the fix! The v2.6.0 release is already frozen and going through release testing, but we will do a follow-up v2.6.1 release with this fix as soon as possible.
