Now we can only guess that the application is available only in English.

Why should he do that?

The app literally is only available in english...
There is a version with translations on the play store, but that is a fork done by a completely different developer and has nothing to do with watabou at all.

I'm not against "officially endorsed translations" - it's totally up to the author if they wanna do that or not, though.
