Update Maki - Terminate due to lack of significant progression

As I'm not able to meet the milestone due to a lack of significant progression, i'd like to terminate this application.

I understimate the work on the circuit parts of the smart contract. Therefore I'd rather take a step back, take more time to better understand circuits for zk-Proofs and maybe re-open the application one day (if feasible).

I just realized I should have seen that coming ...
