View Transition API seems not working while first time router jump

Steps to reproduce the bug

There is no view transition trigger

But the second time and later click , It works

Expected behavior

Trigger View Transition Effect at the first time click the dog card, and trigger router jump

Actual behavior

View Transition Effect at the first time click not triggered as expected.
