Other approach for Self Hosting Translations

I want to share the approach we followed with the Spanish translation for Pinia docs as it may help others for future self hosting translations. Basically we're using the same method as the Japanese translations for Vue docs, but I want to explain a little bit how it works.

First, we didn't fork the whole repo. Instead we just "extract" the docs to another project, so we don't need to worry about the other parts of the original project.

To keep the docs in sync we use Ryu-Cho to open issues when a change in the original docs has been made. When an issue is open we just find the file in our translation and adapt the new changes to it. Using this we avoid the use of multiples branches for "checkpoints".

And that's pretty much all, I hope this could be helpful and can be added as a possible option.
