Attempting to

use Protocol::WebSocket::Frame 0.22;

results in

Protocol::WebSocket::Frame does not define $Protocol::WebSocket::Frame::VERSION--version check failed at -e line 1.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at -e line 1.
