macOS 10.14.5, volt 1.0rc1 white main window, white add an account window.

this looks the same issue similar to #27: starting the app it just sits there, not using any CPU or other resources.
The main window is interactive, but the "add account" one is just blank.
Starting it from the console shows nothing interesting either

I see the same issue both installing the app from the website ("1.0rc1") and from the release list here ("0.80"), and I am not sure if there are the same package or not.
